By Plane
- Airport: Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport (AJA) (5 km from the city)
- Airlines: The main airlines serving Ajaccio include Air Corsica (an Air France subsidiary), EasyJet, and Volotea, with flights primarily from Paris-Orly, Nice, Marseille, and other French cities during the summer season.
- Transfer to City Center: The airport is about 20 minutes from the city center by bus. Bus line #8 operates hourly
- Fare: €6 (purchasing at terminals, on the app or by SMS (by sending muvi5 to 93020)),
- if purchased on board – €10.
- Taxis are also available and cost around €25-30.
By Ferry

By Train
- Train Services: Ajaccio is connected by train to Bastia and Calvi via Chemins de Fer de Corse.
- To Bastia: The journey from Bastia takes about 3.5 hours. Ticket €21.60.
- To Corte: Ticket €11.50.
- To Calvi: Ticket €25.10.
- Train Station: Gare d’Ajaccio is located approximately 500 meters from the city center.

- To Bonifacio: with transit stop in Porto-Vecchio
- To Porto-Vecchio: direct bus #C1, 2 departures/day (8:30 & 16:00 from Ajaccio and 7:00 & 15:00 back, except Sun & Holidays at low season), ~ 3 hours, €20 for a one-way trip, Eurocorse Voyages
- To Sartene: direct bus #C1, 2 – 3 departures/day (8:30 & 16:00 from Ajaccio and 8:20 & 16:20 back, except Sun & Holidays at low season), ~ 3 hours, 9,60 € for a one-way trip, Eurocorse Voyages
- To Porto / Ota: direct bus #C2, Low season – once a day (15:15 (mon-fr) / 12:30 (sat) from Ajaccio, 7:45 (from Ota) / 8:05 (from Porto) back), no bus on Sundays/Holidays. July-August – twice a day. Ticket 14,40 € one way, Eurocorse Voyages
